From the moment I arrived, I was warmly greeted by Cecile, whose passion for the region and dedication to her guests were evident. The spacious room was tastefully decorated, clean, and equipped with free Wi-Fi, allowing me to stay connected while enjoying my stay. I particularly enjoyed unwinding in the shared outdoor space, which featured lovely garden furniture—perfect for sipping a morning coffee or an evening glass of wine while soaking in the tranquil surroundings. The thoughtfully provided flat-screen TV and reliable amenities added to the comfort, but it was the really good hospitality and delicious breakfast, complete with Cecile's homemade jams, that made my stay lovely. The combination of a secure location, attentive service, and the beautiful setting made La Forcerie a rare gem that I highly recommend to anyone seeking a peaceful retreat in the countryside.
